A tribe of lion-worshippers called the Lionians seek to repopulate its numbers by kidnapping women as slave-brides. Among those kidnapped: Tarzan's Jane (Vanessa Brown, "The Ghost and Mrs. Muir"), making Tarzan an easy target for the alluring Denise Darcel ("Vera Cruz").
